From what i observered, it is NOT guarantee. Marina view might be blocked if there is a new condo built in between the Indoor Theme Park and Teega.

Teega is a mixed development: condo + service apartment + office rower. Both Encorp and Teega have potential of view blocked in the future. Teega is facing a smaller Marina compare to Encorp.
