Yeah, I thought of divorce many times before, even flushed my marriage ring with his name inscribed on it down the toilet bowl already but still keeping the diamond engagement suffer ring he gave me.... My kids even ask me to divorce him and they wanna follow me ...we r open to it actually but...

I have this phobia that Sg will sink or have a man made earthquake one day with all the building of high rises and in future deep underground city just to accommodate 6.9 or 10 mil... Makes me wanna sell my properties there and escape somewhere safer...

If my hubby does not get a job soon, I am threatening him with divorce if he does not let me semiretire...I cannot imagine supporting him all my life, I will die young...it is not fair that he works a third or less of his time while I work full time...he does not agree with putting...

A Sg Property Agent told me in the 2000s during a crisis, the lowest transacted landed in Sg was S$200+ psf! And now we r in deflation, maybe will be like Japan , a developed country and have slow deflation over many years...after all, we are surrounded by much cheaper neighbouring countries...

My Husband and I are considering selling our Sg terrace to retire in JB soon in our JB semiD in Austin Heights...kids can study in nearby Austin Heights International School . I am 40 and hubby 43years old....it is great that I have the option to semi retire or retire if I want too...only JB...

Yeah, also worried about stress..heard from a tuition teacher who is a school teacher that they r teaching 2 years in advance! My younger one who is starting P1 is weak in Chinese and has to deal with higher Chinese...my poor boy...

But Sg education is subsidised and dirt cheap for us so it is a waste not to use it...

Yes, I am a locum GP.... Find living in Sg too overcrowded and need to work till old to sustain lifestyle so thought of semiretiring in JB...I am 40 years old now...just wanna work less and play more..:)

Just took the Tebrau shuttle and found that it takes just half an hr to cross the causeway, customs checks and train ride included! Bypassing the 2 hr peak period jam sounds great! Really tempted to semiretire there and work twice a week in Woodlands as a locum Dr...
