Just introduced a friend to SEC, it seems that Setia has released the Bumi lot for sale. Friend was quoted 952,910 RM for 2,310 sq ft and 987,300 RM for 2300 sq ft, both end lot. This 2 lot nearer to club house than mine. :)

Forgive me, I am still blurr in Mount Austin/Trebau area :D, However, I always use the EDL - North-South Highway, exit at exit 255C, Jalan Adda Utama, Jalan Daya 2. End of Daya 2 is T junction, left to SEC, right to Tmn Daya. Very little traffic and traffic lights. :cool:

Spoken with Setia sales last week, the consent will take 2-3 mths to Cfm. Btw did you get a receipt from your lawyer.? That is why, I like to go J.B. to hand over all monies and have a chance of face to face meeting with who I am dealing with . :D. Got them to issue receipts soonest.

I would look on the bright side, like having a giant fountain greeting u coming home, most people only have small fountain that they buy at shopping centre. Anyway, I think I will be using the 2nd main gate as it is nearer to Aurora so little chance of seeing the waterfall. :)

Was told by Christina(SEC sales) that show house for Aurora will be up in about 8 months. Last week visited the site, they were paving the roads, besides the present show house, leading into the site.

Who knows, after seeing the specs, FHBH might add SEC to his collection in Iskandar. Lol.

Agree with you, :) CIMB at Tmn Daya, are a bit blur, it is expected for a small town, but they get things done. No fuss, got my approval within 3 weeks. And they introduces some money saving plans to me. I am not an accountant or U graduate but the plans does helps. :)
