I am not sure the impact on Aeon for property,,, but at least Aeon is the only shopping mall in JB that u can get ur groceries, entertainment - cinema etc within one mall... Actually what JB lacks of is the decent shopping mall like in KL... Aeon is no doubt the best among the worst in JB at...

It is be be because of the slightly higher toll at 2nd link that make it less crowded than 1st link... Again, not all the tamxns ppl can use 2nd link to SG due to the distance, but all can go SG via 1st link....the 1st link will,never get better until the RTS is really completed...

unlikely.... so far u can see most ppl staying at nusajaya gelang patah working in SG the number are much lower than matured and crowded area like tebrau which those are the ppl who will be 1st link due to the only choice... In any case, it is indeed getting crowded at 2nd link but it is way...

should be 99% confirmed though, as my friend sis company they are in the midst of tendering for the project the location should be near behind the police station there that piece of land...

east Ledang, Ledang heights or any other residential within flagship B.... Those re newly development area, in terms of road layout, planning etc all are much better than old residential area e.g. Skudai or tebrau... tamxn suterx they want to position them as atas but due to the old surrounding...

doubt it will ever happen... road link as much as possible will just connect the boundaries between countries... if medini is really taken off as a new Pusat bandar at the western part of JB... It will highly possible to build another road link there in future too.. Not to say that HSR stop will...

They are many places in JB sell even better food....if u ask a local, u will definitely know their impression abt permxs....

they are many tamans which are having the same travel distance as permxs...some even shorter and even more convenience and take into the it is one of the most dark zone in JB... It really does not have any significant selling to buy a premium house at that area...
