Yes, correct, if u hang around mxlxk or pxxdxrxxx often u can pretty know that other than office hours, the places now are pretty much dead city, including their commercial... Long time ago the places are already lost their 'shining'.... same goes to mxxxt axxtxx, it is definitely not as hot...

It is true that BI including surrounding tamans such as NI, NB etc all have no more launches for landed. However, due to the good location of nusajaya (near to both 1st and 2nd link) and with all the out coming major developments, not to say abt the medini new pusat bandar plus the coming up...

Nowadays new house design are mostly flat roof.... As it is more fashionable look compare to the old fashion roof type that one may prefer more...

I think the poorest are nxsx baxx residents, they have both old and new HT cables surrounding them... new one at the left while old one at the back... for those houses that near to the HT cables, they are extremely close kind...

to me area surrounding EDL is not really huat but just simply because road design poor, many residential areas, car too many etc. to me it is not really that huat... If one is to travel daily, comparing other areas in JB can reach home within 15 mins time from CIQ comparing to area like so...
