    By looking at LTA cams at Tuas is sometimes not enough, as after SIN customs, there is a more than 2 km road before reaching MYSIA customs. I was stuck there for 2 hours last Thursday as the cams are unable to show the whole scenario. Can't even make a U turn :(

    They will not accept S$ cheque coz of exchange involves. Bank loan will consider the younger purchaser, regardless off if he is the first or second purchaser. Foreign levy is currently MYR10K + legal fee.

    UEM has yet to firm some designs and others, as such lawyer cannot apply state consent without UEM doc. Was told two weeks back.doubt they are done now.worried about the foreigner levy increase before lawyer can take further actions. :(

    Hi to everyone interested, it is SINO Money Changer @ Parkway (near to the entrance of the mall facing the main road). Actually there is another one (liaise with bank) I know of at Arcade, but it's rate is not as good as this one at Parkway. Raffles quoted TT 2.502 at the same point of time...

    Yes, you should get bank loan approval first before signing to safeguard yourself, unless you have no problem to pay in full should in the end no bank is willing to loan you funds.

    It is best to check how long it takes to clear SIN check in MYSIA. Some can take as long as 2 weeks for check clearance, and there goes your half month bank interest in MYSIA.
