    sky loft wont be able to sell until end of next year....... sky tree specs not out, they can adjust to justify the high PSF. Anyway there should be another plot of land nearby next to sky tree for condo...... i think that one prob asking 1100 PSF when launch

    The tunnel wont come up until maybe 2018-2020, when the rest of the development comes up. They gonna use it mostly to cater for phase 2 users. With the MRT so far away, the only selling point now likely gonna be the CIQ tunnel.

    Very interested with Medini Lakeside, since its by UMLand which is the main land holder for Iskandar, they sure can make a one of a kind development...... the thing is with the current crazy price, it wont be cheap...... I expect them to sell for 800-1000 psf like Afiniti, maybe slightly lower....

    Just recently went to look see, look see in Bt Indah and ended up buying a resale condo..... Found out the Sky tree launching from 900 PSF on wards, and the setia staff cannot confirm details, saying earliest release in like end of year, maybe next year. All the Sky tree unit are smallish...
