    My concern is in the secondary market, our property value depends on bank valuation. If we intend to sell, who will be our buyer? The possibility of capital appreciation is there but the possibility of no buyer is there too ... not unless it is at superior location.

    I was told one need to set aside 1/3 of the budget against the buying price of the house for renovation. Is that right? For e.g if the property price is 650,000 then need to set aside of approx : 220,000. Is this the approximate for those brothers and sister who have completed your renovation?

    So this is the unit similar to Aurora... although is made known the height of the fence is 1m but looking at the picture it seem to be the corner unit, the fence on the right is also 1m? OMG! The security need to be REAL good, otherwise it will be a shopping paradise for you kown who!! :eek:
