昨天下午2点10分，执行法官与法警们一同来到京煤医院住院楼，陈某躺在骨科病房34床上，5名家属在其身边或坐或站。看到法官进入，家属们情绪激动，与法官们撕扯起来。 　　陈某则躺在床上不断高呼：“我要治病！”为避免引起混乱，几名执行法官将家属分开并带到隔壁的房间谈话。与此同时，几名法警站在了陈某身边，对他进行安抚。当法警掀起陈某的被子时，所有人都被惊呆了，陈某的双手都被锁上了锁链，左手被锁在床头、右手被锁在旁边的一张病床上。
