    Bumi unit can be sold to bumi buyer only.If non bumi buyer ,the bumi unit must apply for state approval/consent. To convert to non bumi need additional price 15% + 7% , tax ++++% check with your lawyer.

    I don't think the mrt/rts station location is confirm yet, it is moving like goal pole on paper. The property developers are just playing the game to sell their property & confusing the buyers. Use your brain , even the bus terminal are moving like goal pole ,as most of them are temporary...
