    Yes is Penang project,I try to edit the thread earlier but can't save.some smaller unit in iskandar is selling $1400 already example Tri-tower near CIQ.but still can get units at about $400+ at Larkin area.KL price is also at high side now with many project near twin tower going at $3000...

    Me too I booked 1unit last month at 20+ floor between RM1000-RM1100 psF after discount,which floor r ur n psF?am concerned about the D area which meant for future development.yes brunsfield is going to block the view,but will at least Hv lake view.excited about the mall too n like the location...
