    Mine is about RM1050 psf at 10+ floor. Yes, I was worried about the blockage too... so just book a pool view unit... If i want to view the lake view, will have to go up to the sky garden... The location seems good, from google earth, can see that it is just beside the Temasek and CapitaLand...

    Just booked a low floor unit at Capri tower A. :) Pool view as all the high-floor units with Singapore view are taken. Anyway not too sure about the Singapore view too as there is a development right in front of Capri. Price is on the high side but well, I still see potential in it. Excited...
