    Cslong It seems to me you are a property agent. May I suggest you take 3hrs short trip at Jalan wong ah Fook and see for yourself the red light area (as mentioned by you) and you will probably agree it is near to PC. PC is along a major road with lots of vehicles and you can t change that...

    yes, there's a big transformation and already started on the river called sungei segget which is in parallel of jalan wong ah fook. and already the buses are less now as diverted to elsewhere and next will be i think from 4 lanes to 3 lanes.

    It seems that the best is probably Suasana (service apartment, mall, hotel), very well located just opp Komtar, City Square annd no track noise and definitely about 300 to 400 mtrs to RTS possibly thru linkbridges.

    very good location with slow traffic and possible a river replacing jalan wong ah fook and link bridge to komtar by foot about 2 mins. Imagine when everything ready including the bukit chagar rts station about 7 mins, price would hit 1400rm psf. Anyway I can sell only top or 5th year

    the best i can think of is Suasana by UM land and directly opposite new shopping mall, Komtar, 2 mins walk and will eventually link by a overhead pedestrian bridge reason being Jalan wong Ah Fook would be a new river in time to come. Currently built at 5th level and probably complete in 2 years...
