I can only hope for this... I have condo and house in Johor under construction but have assumed no rental.... will be a big bonus if there is really rental coming in!
Assuming rental at 10K, we are talking about rental yield of 5%. Can we then use this as a benchmark for other projects as well?
Probably for other projects which are less atas, we can minus 1% yield off? hmmm
Will rental demand be confined to only these projects you mentioned?
What about terraces at projects such as Nusa Indaman, Nusa Sentral, etc? How much do you reckon these houses can be rented out especially for corner units which have big land size?
What happens if the project you bought is already about 40% completed? Still can back out?
What will be the penalty? Is it just forfeit the first 10 - 20% that is already paid?
