    Anyway did anyone go into Iskandar Residences @ Medini? The 1br & 2br are fully sold, left with 3br. Pretty much like Meridin... Now D'Pristine is going to launch... looks like Astaka may be expensive but at least there's little competition that offers something close to it :)

    Heard Meridin is between RM650 to RM800 psf... Astaka from RM800+ psf but huge quantum and in old JB... I guess the next launch to look forward to is Iskandar Residences @ Medini (previously D'Residences @ Medini) and d'Pristine coming up in June

    I heard Medini has 4000 registered buyers and launching on 11 May. Meridin is behind the hill of Legoland, D'Residences@Medini and 1Meridin & Medini Signature are side by side along the stretch nearer Kota Iskandar & Puteri Harbour.

    How about D'RESIDENCES @ MEDINI? Next to Medini Signature and 1Medini, near to LEGOLAND Malaysia, Gleneagles Medini, Meridin Medini and Afiniti Medini... it's the only one with 125-year leasehold and at RM630-700 psf - Please no subtle advertising.
