You can easily get cup noodles here from supermarkets (I don't like them though, Maggi brand also have) or Asian Groceries. Customs wise Cup Noodles should be fine as long as got proper engligh labelling on the packaging.

Go to another GP for another opinion. Might need a different antibiotics for a different strain of bacterial infection. Also, alternate use between Nurofen & Paracetamol for high fever.. works for my kids when the paracetamol just doesn't do much..
