    Ya I agreed with you, there is johorean bought PH high rise but at a small percentage.richer ones prefered emerald because landed. For high rise appt like Puteri cove 1400++per sqft, they would rather buy kl or Penang, at this price per sqft is not seen before in Johor.for my understanding...

    I have a friend working in GIC and he is investing heavily in this area, so I just fight. and is a value buy in terms of per sqft. for pcr I bought see view unit. for those who bought private marina view will feel bad I think, because of the amount they paid for per sqft.
