Hi to all, just went UEM marina club house to see the new landed property in puteri harbor. smallest type land 24x75 , 2700 sqft build up. selling at 1.25 mil after rebate. about 4 km walk to the ferry terminal. site just located beside the new American school. any comment on this project?

33% fall in property transactions value in iskandar and warning from may bank analyst for over supply, any comments ?

Now property is very slow in iskandar, tropez used to sell at 850k++ for 1012 sqft last year.now only selling at 660k. Horizon hill have lots of unit too.

Ya I think so, they also reported that they may upgrade to connection with RTS in future.

Ya I agreed with you, there is johorean bought PH high rise but at a small percentage.richer ones prefered emerald because landed. For high rise appt like Puteri cove 1400++per sqft, they would rather buy kl or Penang, at this price per sqft is not seen before in Johor.for my understanding...

There is a few unit facing public marina is a good choice,is bigger 1300+ sqft at almost same price, Unblock view of public marina,emerald bay and sea view if high floor.

They only launch 1 Blk which is 2nd Blk from the inside,not the best position. The next launch for the 3rd Blk from inside has a better position.

I have a friend working in GIC and he is investing heavily in this area, so I just fight. and is a value buy in terms of per sqft. for pcr I bought see view unit. for those who bought private marina view will feel bad I think, because of the amount they paid for per sqft.

I bought #13 , 1260sqft , private marina facing at net rm 920 per sqft.
