    Checked with my agent. They priced those in. None of those unit that facing the swimming pool or straits view is discounted. As mentioned, about 20units with bad facing are discounted, probably those potentially facing the RTS track!

    Yeah, I know what you mean if the RTS is overhead and runs along the road on Hotel Bluewave side. Lucky the window is double glazed and therefore mostly sound proof. Better to but those units facing the sky garden at least.

    I am now in RnF to look at my unit layout. I did not see any discounts across the board. Where did you hear the discount from? However those unit with less desirable facing about 15 to 20 unit has a discount.

    I was taken for a short 15min joy ride on the boat around RF. I do not believe the current Jetty will be around due to the later construction although A jetty is shown in later Phases. Not sure if we can actually own a boat and sail to anywhere.

    Snowbird, please keep cool. Looking at the progress of sale in Phase 1, I beleieve Phase 2 will be delayed and construction should start in 2 to 3 years minimum. By the time Phase 2 is completed (this will take another 2-3years). The reclaimed land would have being done for around 6-7 years...

    Trying to be constructive here. Construction of buildings soon after reclaimnation is not unheard of. One of the more famous one is the palm island in Dubai which was constructed from 2001 to 2006. Note that different techniques was used vs RnF which is more traditional method...
