with the increase of about $8 charge on Singapore car...... u need to pay about S$200/monthly above to travel regularly to Johor to RF ...and that is only the beginning . Maybe other areas in Malaysia is better to invest (don't forget about the cluster of foreigners living on reclaimed land may...

I think it is better to invest in KL than Johor. Why must we subject ourselves to be taxed higher and be zoned to specific area. There are better place to invest. I will not be surprise those in R&F will be taxed more than other areas as they are zoned for "FOREIGNER"

Be prepared to pay higher "maintenance fees" yearly....not forgetting daily $50 charges for bringing your kids thru and flow . Is it better to invest in KL or other areas where u are not branded later as overcrowding unwanted foreigners?

Pls be reminded that the massive reclaimation land in tuas is Temporary stopped , anytime they can start again. They can even start reclaim lands on the coast of malaysia 2nd link like R&F.... The best part is :FREEHOLD AND nearer to Singapore . :(
