Actually the HSBC banker handling my loan did offer to come to Sg to settle my loan stuffs. You can try RHB bank as well as they gave me the best overall package..

Btw, some of the bankers even offered to drive in to Spore to explain the package...maybe u can try to push for it, will b alot more convenient :) PM me if you need the contacts of my banker..

Np bro, yes all of the docs above plus photocopy of ID and my banker even need the screen shot of my bank account showing my name and acct number

From my experience, i email my details to bankers and get their various quotation 1st...review through and shortlisted some bank before meeting the bankers in person to understand further..hope it helps :)

I believe Lawyer fees should be 1% for 1st 100K and 0.7% for the remaining amount. As for Agent fees, it will be 1% for buyer and 2% seller. Try to negotiate hard on this as some agent may give a 0.5% discount or even waive it totally for buyer. If you were to buy from HH, they will waive...
