It was mentioned commuters need to only go through one checkpoint at the point of departure, not at the point of arrival. Does that mean if one travels from SG, he or she only needs to go thru immigration at the SG side, and just walks out upon reaching any of the stations along the HSR route...

I saw some bus stops already erected in Medini when I was there a few weeks ago. They are not in service yet of course. Wonder if they form part of the BRT.

Maybe after the HSR project is more settled, they might just turn their attention to the RTS? I read that they are now trying to implement the BRT, the bus system. Hopefully that will improve the connectivity within Iskandar.

We can only hope the authorities get it planned ASAP. There has been so much talk about this but nothing much has progressed.

Yes.... At least there is some talk. At least this project is not just Johor alone. It involves KL side also. Rather major one. Biggest transport thing to happen in SE Asia in history. And at least it involves Singapore. I don't think that PM Lee will be so reckless to start something so big...

Do you have any in Malaysia? You avoiding it because you're not confident of it any more? You interested in Zone A only is it because it has all the amenities already there, and so higher chance of rental and capital appreciation?
