Yes, i am prepared to pay more. MOst of us who's posting here are white collared staff, being paid a decent salary, which have allowed us to cope with the increased cost of living. And even with that said, we are also struggling. Can you imagine those who are blue collared workers earning...

facade, i can guarantee you that every singaporean business would prefer to hire a local. But problem is they can't afford to! if the kopi tiam were to hire only singaporeans, your favourite chicken rice & wanton noodle will cost $7.50 to $8.00 a plate. Are you willing to pay that price...
