Actually this is a valid point with regards to DAP. MCA no longer has the ability to represent Chinese in Malaysia. If BN is gracious, they could nominate one of the DAP team to be Minister for Chinese Affairs.

I think we should be worrying more about State control rather than Constituency influence. Nothing gets changed even if the MP wants to run things his way. Delighted to stand corrected by any learned Malaysians out there.

The problem is with MCA who is no longer seen as a strong champion of the Chinese community. Perhaps, Najib would need to find a way to fill this void. Alienating the Chinese is not going to help as Malaysia is currently trying to woo China itself. Already, there's significant money pouring...
