Search this thread and found no info on car wash. I have been rejected twice the last two times I went to my regular spot at Giant car park in Bukit Indah. Seems they are more interested in polishing service now. Anyone has good car washing service to recommend?

Re: How to buy a house in East Ledang Finally... received lawyer's letter today that state consent has been approved. Guess installments going to start soon. On the other hand, heaving a sigh of relief that there will be no further complications.

How can it be possible? I thought Phase 7 is next March. Have not even started paying instalment yet due to state consent issue. BTW, someone promise to translate the lawyer letter which we received... Still don't know what is the full content. Wondering if the unit will TOP and yet still no...
