    Can any Teega owners update if they have been asked to pay an instalment recently? I have not have had a request for quite long already, think last one was more than 12 months ago. Took a 70% loan with HSBC. Hope there aren't any payment that was overdue and developer charging me interest now..

    The Nasi Lemak sold at Petron petrol station just before the 2nd Link is delicious, but expensive.... RM3.5 (chicken) and RM2.5 (ikan bilis) for a very small packet. I wonder how they make the rice so nice... All my colleagues rave about it and always ask me to buy. Anyone tried it?

    Re: Not bad being a Malaysian (at least in JB) This morning at 8am, I drove all the way to the immigration counter at 2nd link. Only one car in front of me. As a result, I was way too early for my appointment. Seems they opened more counters around 8am? Or it is a rare occurrence.
