    good sharing. another good thing i felt is sunway has a succesful track record in KL already with their subang jaya projects. as they will be the master developer for the whole plot, they can better control the different components of the development (mall, hospital, school , etc). looks good...

    is sunway citrine 750psf still within the special economic zone (not RPGT, no restriction on foreigh ownership, no limit on buy price)? if yes, it should be better than GM as sunway is a branded developer compared to Gm's developer.
