    Entry price definitely a lot higher than twin villa was at 1.2 mio. Maybe something to consider for those who missed the boat earlier. However compared to some twin villa subsale at 1.5-1.6 mio, with much earlier completion date... Does seem a bit steep for me...

    For me, it their design especially the ones in bukit indah that really turns me off. Looks like factories instead of homes! When seen side by side, Nusa Idaman's design is certainly more pleasing to the eyes :-)
