Thanks PuteriWorld! Just had lunch. A bit pricey by Malaysia Standards. However, food quality and service is really good. I was pleasantly surprised to see quite a few folks having lunch for a weekday late afternoon.

Has anyone tried the new sports bar Magnum? How is the food? I normally frequent Olive and Brussels. These two rock! I have surprisingly seen quite a few people hanging out even during the weekday evenings. Have not tried Magnum yet.

Someone in the handover department told me they will start in 2-3 weeks. They will do it in a phased manner. Based on my phase 3a experience, don't have very high expectations. Expect long delays in the defect rectification process. They will start with a bang then trickle down to a whimper...

Yep, and this was shortly after the cooling measures were announced. The pricing did it and the duplexes seem to be in good demand due to lack of availability. Anyway, I will swing by tomorrow and post what the numbers look like.

I think this is NCSB - a JV between UM Land and UEM Land. The same group that launched Somerset Puteri Harbour. No Idea about the price yet bro. One of the days will swing by their new gallery in PH and see if they give more info ........

I saw on Facebook - UM Land will be launching their project on CS3, the plot next to Imperia and across from Little Red Cube. The Waves at Puteri Harbour. 2 towers of Condo, Hotel and Retail. Looks like they have opened a gallery in Puteri Harbour Little Red Cube for Lakeside Medin and the Waves.

Based on my East Ledang experience, it is not the best that I have seen, but quite reasonable for the price paid for the unit. I would give them a 7/10. Overall , not the best but good value for money. Quite happy.
