    Given that HDB knows that their flats cannot structurally last 99 years, they should just sell flats at 50 years old lease period. Cheaper for some people with lower income to buy. Lesser outlay of cash and lesser instalment payment.

    Well...i have friends staying there and they tell me the walls gets soaked after heavy storms...and HDB has repaired many times and it happens again. Almost all units there suffer from flaky concrete problems and some even have chunks of concretes dropping off the ceiling. Good luck to all...
