Hmm but if we want the Opposition to grow, we cannot afford to have too many four opposition parties. I believe at most, we should have "three kingdoms". PAP is one kingdom, WP is another kingdom and another party to be the third kingdom. Then we can have a strong opposition to take on PAP...

NSP and SPP need each other now, to be honest. I believe that Chiam was the one who did not mind an alliance with RP but fattie was the one who minded. Hence, both parted ways. Right now, NSP has a lot of manpower but a poor leadership while SPP has decent leadership in Pwee but short of manpower.
