I think the potential is there because Setia will continue to maintain and promote the place, it is perhaps the cheapest office units in this area and way cheaper than shop lots in BI central area. The price is reasonable and is therefore easy to re sell. However, the demand is hard to say...

I think shop offices here will be very good for the supporting industries, esp when more move from JB to Medini. The location is good due to good public transport available nearby. The increasing population should be large enough to support these offices. Many of them want to be in prime address...

Hi brother, that's what I heard too. I remember esp the 100 depth units, super long links. land size is even bigger than superlinks! However, I do agree HH units have relatively small size, but many people buy to enjoy the lifestyle and nature, so it has it's advantages. Like one brother here...
