if given a choice between impiana or any suburban selangor condo like damansara uptown in PJ selling close to 1000 psf, I'll go for Impiana for the fact that it is walking distance from Educity, Legoland, Medini and a short drive to Singapore.

actually if you look carefully, Horizon Hills prices may be close to certain developments in certain Selangor districts like Shah Alam, but im saying very out of town developments in certain districts. Definitely no where close KL. Take for example, an old non G&G taman in Petaling Jaya...

overall, KL market is very dynamic, there is oversupply in certain areas in certain sectors. And yes, it is a good place to play.
