Correct, after passing by Giant on your left, turn in off the main road and continue along the small road facing the row of shophouses and look out on the left. Chef Wah is at the end of the shophouses.

It's on the opposite side of the road from Station One Cafe, just beside the turn in into Nusa Duta :)

Asking price does not equate to actual transacted price I guess. I see quite a fair bit of properties in LF and HH for sale for the longest time at these elevated pricing but they are still available till date. I hope Singaporeans are not creating/nurturing a property bubble here in JB.

I tried it out last week. I found the quality and taste good and price reasonable especially the set meals but difficult to order if you are only 1 Pax :)

Yea got to be careful now with the stormy weather and waterlogged roads in MY and SG! The best ways to avoid aquaplaning are: 1. Change tyres if they are more than 2 yrs old (compound has harden even if the threads are still prominent; check tyre manufacture date before purchase). Most MY cars...

Re: Investing in Nusajaya I am using the free router from TM :P After my incident, now running a Belkin unit to protect the phone and even TV cable line. Have an UPS unit but not yet connected as I need to convert the power plug on my iMac to fit the socket behind the unit. Power outages...

Re: Investing in Nusajaya They do come with circuit breakers but in my case, the lightning surge came through the phone line! It is always good to have more protection as when your equipment goes down, it can be quite an inconvenience :)

Re: Investing in Nusajaya ^^have noticed that rubbish collection is not daily. Seems to be twice or thrice a week and the days are not fixed either. Also seem to have an increase in mosquitoes. Using a combination of Lemongrass scents (no use), the liquid burning Shelltox (somewhat effective)...

Hmm...first I hear of it. The power supply for SG and MY is the same, 220-240V and 50/60Hz. If you can use it in SG, you can use it in MY. Even the wall socket plug types are the same (UK standard). Originally Posted by Crept Hi guys, heard some story regarding the different electrical...

Correct. PTP is actually not fairing that well compared to PG. This is the main problem I have with investing in MY. It may sound very rosy in the beginning but it always seems to peter out after some time. That being said, Nusajaya seems to be coming along nicely for now which could be due to...

Toyota Hilux is sold in SG but is very expensive especially for the twin cab version. It is not a Fortuner. The Fortuner is based on the Hilux platform. Hilux - pickup Fortuner - SUV If one is thinking of getting a Hilux or Triton as a vehicle in MY as it will be safe, I think they are just as...

Yes, the barriers are down but they are up again at night as the lights are not switched on yet! I have gone from Danga Bay all the way to East Ledang and the main roads are ready. Very nice stretch to drive on I must say! Went to Puteri Harbour too to have a look see and the place is...

For those who aren't aware, the Coastal Highway from Danga is now linked to HH and beyond. Just went for a short drive earlier and it is very convenient! Do take note that certain stretches are still very dusty and you could be facing oncoming heavy vehicles! Please be careful. Just outside...

I have come across another simpler method which is a thin flexible fiberglass mat that is put over the crack and then painted over. The idea is that the fiberglass will enter the crevices and then hide the crack and also prevent it from spreading.

Yes, must be careful there as I also saw an accident while on the way back near the bridge. The roads are not really that smooth and I believe the lanes will converge to one closer to Desaru. But all-in-all, was a nice pleasant drive especially in a convertible :)
