I have those at my place to but i still get lizards, ants and mosquitoes at my place. I guess the temptation of food overpowers everything else....it's like beggars, they cannot be choosers. I am not saying this product is not good, it may have reduced the amount of pest gathering at my place...

You can consider insect screen to leave window open but not let mosquitoes in. It also prevents Lizards from coming in. Cheers

The hsbb (unifi) is really reliable at LF, I am using the 5mbps plan which is good enough for me. The wifi router that comes with it may not be as reliable but u can just add another wifi router to one of it's port to make it work, perfectly. No u can't receive any SG telco services at LF...
