Well I have been there a few times within the year since Legoland opened. Business hasn't been good even on weekends, I observed. Some shops have already closed for business even within less than a year. :confused:

Same same. The same reason why I will not buy the open concept kinda of houses in LF or EL. Especially so when we love alfresco dining with my pets around us.

It depends on your timing. I usually do my grocery shopping at 11 plus and it is perfectly fine. :)

Re: DIY path & budget guide Hi EastLake, the Sea Horse that I mentioned is located in KSL shopping mall . At the basement , I think. Hing Fuat's delivery is on time too. There was a slight defect on one piece of the furniture I bought and it was replaced a week later . No delay at all.

Legoland is still not drawing in the crowds during weekends. The car park is only less than half occupied.

ND has better landscaping but some of their house layouts and designs (depending on which phase) are not as nice as BH.

Most of Setia's staff provide professional and excellent before-sales service . LF and KSL are a close second. HH gives one of the worst service. I have no confidence in Setia's quality though!

Legoland ... so very hot. We went in the late afternoon to redeem the annual passes but it was freaking hot. Is the car park fully done? Why do we have to park on some stony materials?? Not much landscaping...Very few trees around and some trees are dying due to the scorching heat. And...

I had a different experience. For the past few weekends, there was no jam at all at the Singapore side. In contrast, the tebrau jam was ridiculously long and all the other routes had a long queue of cars waiting to enter JB customs too. I am refering to the first link.
