Whatever it is, my opinion, TPL deserved to win this GE. Since giving birth to a new born child and after 4+ years she had matured and improved a lot. I listen to one of her speech and I was impressed by her. She spokes so well unlike 4 years ago she’s behave like a young teenage girl.

Haha this is river otter not sea otter, may be try to relocate them elsewhere like at the marina barrage :) In Monterey CA the sea otters are protected. They are very intelligent and cute. There are many at the Monterey Bay Aquarium :D
