Last phase of terrace/link houses, phase 8D, was launched in Oct 2012. No more terrace/link houses. There are semi dees tho. Try checking with the NI sales office.

Sorry let me clarify, if I own rental properties in Msia, live in one property in JB, work in SG and rent out my SG property, i enjoy being tax resident status in MY and SG. Tats what i meant.

My conclusion is if you are living in JB and work in SG, you can be considered tax resident for both countries and entitled to tiered income taxation, and tax reliefs. Win-win

The TP roadblock is before exit 312 (nusajaya legoland) when you head northbound after 2nd link crossing. The TP hidden with cameras probably located at the stretch after Gelang Patah r&r stop till before the TP roadblock.
