jus found a gem of a place for claypot chicken rice...OLD PLACES (LOA DI FANG) at the newly completed nusa bestari's shops...near to Nusa Duta side..its located inside, so not visible from main road. taste is good and big portion cost RM13 enough for 3 adults. for bros looking for crunchy...

My take is it will get harder and harder to find new launches with min 10ft land at the side priced at around 500K in the nusajaya area. unless the developer cuts corners in some areas, construction (labour and material) and land cost has generally increased to make it necessary for developers...
