Guys, anyone knows the best method to transfer money from sg to the malaysia bank for mortgage payments? Other than cash via ATM method. Which is the best alternative? wired transfer exchange not good right?

Can anyone advise what is the best mode of transfer for mortgage installments? i.e. once you open a current acct with malaysian bank, how to transfer money there? I do not wish to bring in hoards of cash periodically (although it seems the best exchange method), also might not be legal...

Hi guys, i've recently committed to HH property for weekend stay. Yet to confirm on the bank loan though, need to do fast in next 2 weeks. Just need advice. Quotes given from 2 banks BLR-2.3, and the other BLR-2.4, 80% loan. Is that ok? Do i need to find more banks for better rates?
