I thought the lowest is actually below 840 psf. I can't remember which unit. I bought mine at 4th level at 842psf and I don't think it's the cheapest. The reason it's cheaper is because 4 is "pan tang" or in Cantonese means "die" according to the cbre sales agent. Massive traffic jam at tuas today.

Juanra, I like your reasoning.. Not just Ang moh who will be settling down in medini or other nusajaya areas but also Singaporeans who are finding it more cost effective to live there in the near future as spore move towards its 6.9 mil population.

It gives you a feeling like 'forcing' you to buy and don't waste their time... investors may have a hard time when nearing TOP and having maintenance issues.. If investors are treated with respect, they will come back to the same developer. Look at SP Setia.. No need to use this kind of tactics.
