    Let the Msia Taikor answer your Qn. My 2cents is not easy sell off in 3-4yrs time. Of course also depends on luck/selling price/condition/mkt etc But the Supply from 2015-2018 is High. Selling won't be easy or fast. RTS if confirmed & done by 2020, might be different story liao.
