The grass is always greener on the other side, until one is on the otherside then actually see the "big brown patches". Then have to decide whether the 'brown patches' one left behind is comparable to the "New brown patches" and can tahan or go back to the "familiar brown patch" and be content!

Not lao-ya, did not check the facts correctly, just hentam only. Would make better reading than saying '...Robbery at Taman Bukit Dahlia.....' It would be better if it was "...... Robbery at Horizon Hills, Iskandar Puteri..." Then those that read it would say "...... There I said what, you go...

NST has got the facts wrong!! They house the thiefs broke into was at Taman Bukit Dahlia in Pasir Gudang. The house was that of THE BROTHER of JDT footballer Mohd Zaquan Adha Abdul Razak who lives in Horizon Hills, not Mohd. Zaquan.

The TOP most criteria is SPEAKING GOOD ENGLISH, so far most can hardly string together a grammatically correct sentence in English much less speak it without trying lamely to sound 'foreign' or in local term "slang" in English....... Please laaahhhh, speak properly first before trying to sound...

Yes, before anything is launched/built with 10year look ahead built into it. Look at the road to BI especially around the HSBC / Tesco / AEON approach roads. Utter chaos at peak times, this is 3 years after all the buildings have come up around this corridor. Surely, town planners would have...

can only hope, BUT I "wouldn't hold me breath". The MSCP took 3 years if not longer to build, I think the indiscrimate parking on the approach road outside the main entry to AEON Tebrau may have greatly contributed to the MSCP being built... IMO.

A very good idea, BUT address the issue or carparks first, laahh. Look at Bukit Indah, opposite AEON, sometimes it's "madness" with cars parked 3 deep. BI is suppose to be a "New Development" falling into the description of modern town....... I think not..... Just that don't see wires overheard...
