Hypothetically the MoU goes
Trump made these remarks on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, during a press conference closing the G7 Summit in Evian, France.
"I'm saying that if other countries have them, it's a little bit unfair for them not to have some. A ballistic missile is not the same thing as what we're talking about when we talk nuclear. But if Saudi Arabia and Qatar, and they all have some, I would say in relative proportion, I think it's okay."

It's unusual for Trump to make such a comment about Iran; remember that Iran can't produce offensive missiles that have a range over 300 km. The above statement is in total contrast.
1st stage of MoU
Under the 14-point memorandum of understanding, Iran will receive $12 billion before the start of negotiations.
2nd stage MoU
Iran will have to neutralize its enriched uranium stockpile, but the agreement specifies that this process will happen via down-blending (diluting) on Iranian soil under international eyes
If Iran is naïve enough and do what is in the MoU of neutralizing the enriched uranium, I suspected the MoU end here:
End of 2nd stage
War restarted
(JD Vance is honest enough to state the Iran will not receive a single dim from the US)
