HDB unit sold for S$1.73 million, new record for HDB resale flats

That's crazy. Youngsters need to have rich parents or be very successful themselves in order own anything in sg. Also, why would anyone want to live 48 floors up?!
$1.7 million divide by 90 years = about $18,800 a year or about $1,500 a month.

Who is making money at the expense of the citizens' hard earned savings / CPF.

The only group of the Singaporeans who will keep and transfer their accumulated wealth to their next generation are those who owned freehold real properties, and the entrepreneurs who do not have to pay any capital gains tax.

Why u stay level 5 but u go up level 6 ? U go there steal underwear ?
I do not share your favourite nocturnal pastime. You seem to be suffering from insomnia. Do you smell those panties to help you sleep?

The multi-millionaire PAP Ministers are among that group you just described.

you are so fortunate. I am still stuck in my HDB rental flat. When I strike TOTO, I will move out.
I upgraded in the early 2000s when a condo in a central area was still 'affordable' to a relatively young PMET couple.

You are certainly an ACS upskirt pervert.

@duluxe is an ugly, balding midget (below) who trolls forums trying to gain attention from others who are far more blessed than him. Hahaha!

Oh dear, I missed the train. Guess I will need to buy more TOTO, and 4D. Wish me luck!
There is nothing wrong in trying to buy hope when one's income and investments are not enough to upgrade to a better home.

The buyers found their right home at an "acceptable absolute quantum".

*LMAO*

I have neither income nor investments.....but that's ok because I will borrow more money to buy TOTO.

Lai liao lai liao.

Akan datang. Multimillion dollar HDB pigeon holes with leases not exceeding 99 years.

They are at an "acceptable absolute quantum". So it's perfectly normal.
