Why didn't the Kurds move in to create a uprising in Kurdish areas?
It's because they have seen the destruction of Iraq and Syria by the US. It better to live in peace with current Iran regime than to end up like the neighbours.

Iran will not fall easily the like of Libya, Afghan, Iraq, Syria, and etc .... due to the old pattern of hatred narratives, carpet bombing, followed by killer financial and sanction which will leads to internal revolution by oppies fractions and lastly regime change to install a puppet.
