Serious Toronto Canada is now CECAland, Samsters migrating there?

There are many complaints from Bali and Thailand of Canadians peeing and defecating on the beaches as well as refusing to pay prostitutes after sex. It was discovered later that these Canadian passport holders were almost all Indians aka CECAs.
