Don't buy concert/musical tickets from Klook if tickets also offered on Sistic

Apparently even though Klook is an official ticketing agent, they don't have a live inventory ticket like Sistic. If you some seat sections sold out on Sistic, you will see it still available on Klook. You might buy it thinking they have seperate tickets from Sistic for sale, except they dont!

They will charge your card first and the booking will be stuck on pending confirmation. Then there is no telephone number or live agent to contact them. You can only use their chatbot which gives you useless answers.

Cant belivev they are official ticketing agent for all the shows at MBS! pui!

I had a pretty similar experience once, but not with Klook. I tried buying “available” tickets from another site, only to realize afterward that the seats were actually gone. The waiting for confirmation and lack of real customer support was beyond frustrating, especially with the cash already out of my account. Since then, I’m really careful to stick with sellers that update their inventory in real time and actually have someone to help if there’s a problem.

After that, I started looking around for alternatives that feel more reliable. I’ve tried using Star Tickets for some big concerts and didn’t run into any mix-ups or pending issues, the process was pretty straightforward and their customer service actually responds.
