President Donald Trump said Israel would launch no more attacks on Iran's South Pars gas field, the world's largest, unless Tehran again bombed U.S. partner Qatar. If Tehran did so, he vowed he would “massively blow up the entirety” of South Pars.

Iran has reportedly bombed Qatar's largest gas facility, escalating tensions as the world waits for former President Trump's response, who has vowed to massively retaliate by targeting the entire South Pars gas field.

In Iran, Eid al-Fitr is officially set to begin tomorrow, Saturday, March 21, 2026. The majority of Middle Eastern nations declared it on March 20.
