Almost no ordinary Tiong families can afford to or have the motivation to send their kids to Ivy League universities.
The few that do, perhaps on a scholarship, would do their best to stay out of trouble and focus on studying.
Most of these Tiong students in Ivy League universities are the children or bastard offspring of top CCP officials. Some might be sent on a mission to stir shit in the USA.

If Can pay overseas student fees, ivy leagues welcomes you for basically funding their universities.
