The list is saying foreigners are not allow to work here at all..... not even allow to buy any landed houses or sink your roots in and start a family there even if you are married to a Thai. The only thing the foreigner is allow to do in Thailand is to use the money back home to buy Thai baht and spend in Thailand to strengthen the Thai baht and help them creating demand for the Thai baht.
